To celebrate the launch of its artistic collaboration with Yayoi Kusama, Louis Vuitton will unveil a take-over of both Selfridges’ windows and its special project space, the Concept Store, in August. This is one of seven Kusama for Louis Vuitton major store collaborations launching worldwide in 2012. The collaboration continues within the store, with Kusama's signature giant pumpkins setting the scene for a showcase of Louis Vuitton’s new collection by Kusama available only at Selfridges for six weeks. The leather handbags, ready-to-wear, travel bags, shoes and accessories by Louis Vuitton all feature Kusama’s patterns treated in various colours such as the polka dots. Louis Vuitton will unveil its creative take-over of Selfridges on 24 August running until 5 October.
